Had a lovely time at the Waterfront! The location is perfect, just a stroll to the city, and the pool was a hit with the kids. A few things needed fixing in our apartment, but the views were incredible!

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning.

During my stay, I encountered significant issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The balcony adjacent to our apartment was a disaster, absolutely filthy with bird droppings and leftover dog waste, which made it unusable. I was disappointed to find that the interior of our unit had several maintenance issues, including a bathroom sink that emitted a bad smell upon usage.

Not exactly what I expected

Fantastic location with a stunning river view and spacious living area. The large parking spaces made it easy to navigate during my stay. Clean facilities added to the pleasant experience!

Sadly, the work desk lighting wasn’t adequate, making it challenging to work. Occasional noise from neighboring apartments was distracting at times too.

An ideal spot for exploring! Just a two-minute walk from the convention center and surrounded by dining options along the picturesque Yarra River. The room was tidy and family-friendly, featuring laundry facilities—a nice touch. Plus, the kids loved the pool! A fantastic getaway that truly encapsulates Melbourne’s charm.

The apartment's location stood out. just a quick 10-minute stroll to Southern Cross train station. Being so close to tram stops made getting around the city easy. Enjoyed the vibrant dining scene nearby and the DFO shopping centre within a stone's throw. The room upgrade to two separate rooms was a delightful surprise. My bed was exceptionally comfortable. the air conditioner buzzed incessantly at night, which made it hard to sleep. There were some maintenance issues as well. the floor felt sticky in areas, and some amenities like the coffee pods were inadequate. The balcony could use some attention too, as it wasn’t very clean. Despite the inconveniences, I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the security of the building.

Family with children delight!

We were impressed with the spacious rooms and the little details like having laundry detergent included! The pool was a hit with the kids after a long day, it was like their own little paradise.

It wasn’t exactly bargain basement prices but you get what you pay for.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Waterfront Melbourne Apartments. The breathtaking river views from my apartment were simply delightful, and I found the location ideal, being just moments away from a variety of excellent cafes and shopping options. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing exceptional service throughout my visit.
